Been going there with my daughter since open. As a loyal customer don’t feel the appreciation anymore. Jessica would now rush through my appointment as she seems to over booked or just want to take the walk in as well. Biggest disappointment was my last appointment someone was waiting on her while she is doing my mani and instead of getting the proper oil to massage my hands she used the cuticle oil to massage my entire hand and arm. I was very thick not spreading well hence the massage was less than 30 seconds… after paying over $200.00 (for me and daughter) I left feeling very upset and will not be going back there.
