Subject: Urgent: Cleanliness and Compliance Issues at Luxury Nail
Dear Luxury Nail Management,
I am writing to bring to your attention several concerns regarding the cleanliness and upkeep of your salon. As a valued customer, I want to see your business thrive, but it is imperative that you take immediate action to improve the overall hygiene and experience for your guests.
It has come to my attention that the health department will be visiting your establishment in the near future, and based on my observations, they will likely find multiple violations. To avoid potential penalties or negative reports, I strongly urge you to address the following issues as soon as possible:
1. Handwashing Stations: Every guest should have access to a proper handwashing station equipped with soap and paper towels. This is a basic hygiene requirement and should be prioritized.
2. Cleanliness and Dust Removal: Your store has excessive dust buildup—on shelves, on products, and at workstations. This not only looks unappealing but is also a sanitation concern. Please ensure that every station is free of dust and that cleaning is done regularly throughout the day.
3. Customer Service & Hospitality: The teenager who greets guests on weekends should be helping with cleaning duties and actively offering drinks to customers. Many times, drinks are not offered, which diminishes the guest experience. Small hospitality gestures go a long way in making customers feel valued.
4. Furniture and Equipment:
• Guest chairs need to be replaced—they are worn out and uncomfortable.
• Pedicure chairs also need updating to maintain a comfortable and sanitary environment.
• Workstations should be spotless and properly organized at all times.
5. Sanitization of Nail Equipment: It is crucial that your nail technicians properly sanitize their tools after each use. Customers should not have to question the hygiene of the instruments being used on them.
Your business is in a prime location, and with some necessary improvements, it could truly stand out. If these changes are not made, customers like myself may be left with no choice but to seek services elsewhere—USA Nail is much cleaner and sets a better example.
Please take this as a wake-up call to make your salon a more sanitary, welcoming, and professional environment. I truly hope you take this feedback seriously and implement these much-needed improvements.
Sincerely,
Clark
