Madsen Law Office

I sat down with the lawyer Nick and his secretary Jen back in December. They advised me to contact them back once I followed up with the orthopedic doctor and if I needed surgery . I have called that office on 5 different occasions. The first four times “he was sick, allegedly out volatile vomiting ”, but she would have him contact me.
I called again last week and STILL NO follow up/return call. THIS office has THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OR LACK THERE OF!! If they didn’t want to represent me or feel I had a case, that should have simply been stated! I feel duped, disrespected and lied too! Please don’t walk, but RUN and find you someone else to represent you or your family! The lack of decency, integrity and respect is out the window with this office! It’s horrible! If you value yourself, PLEASE GO somewhere else!
