Emily at the front desk is amazing. She is friendly, kind, helpful, resourceful and goes over and above to help out a person's situation at Mario's towing, Kelowna. I hope in future that her excellent qualities will be used in a more eloquent setting. My 5 star rating is for Emily. Thank you Emily!

Disgusting place, charged my daughter for 2 days of storage, and a bunch of other random charges, even though when her car was towed the company wasn’t open therefore she wasn’t allowed to pick it up. She was also only 5 mins away from the towing yard.

I would Like to Give a HUGE Rave to Graig Of "MARIO'S TOWING" In the Long Haul Division.. Graig and Crew Has Done an Outstanding, Profesional, Bang On Job of Moving Numerous Vehicles For Me In the Past, From Vancouver to The Central Interior BC.. Excellent Company...Fast, Safe, Fair, And Stress Feet... Thank's Again Graig..
