My water heater was leaking from the top of the tank and called Marshal to schedule a repair. When Trevor arrived my house he only turned off main water supply line to the water heater and advised to buy or rent another water heater from their customer. Marshall ended up with a charge of $195 for doing nothing, worst experience so far. You just lost a customer and I will give you zero rating.
