After spending a few thousand dollars in this location I was thrown out of the shop yesterday by the manager because he became infuriated when I caught him in an outright lie. WHAT KIND OF MIDDLE AGED MAN WHO IS CLOSE TO SIX FEET TALL AGGRESSIVELY YELLS AT ME AND THROWS OUT A 62 YEAR OLD WOMAN? His anger only FORTIFIED his guilt. The manager was misleading over several issues having to do with keys AND outright lied about an imbolizer comment/issue. When I ashed him how he could treat me so badly after I had spent a few thousand dollars at this shop? He said, "your nothing but a liar, get out of my shop, you haven't spent a dime at this shop." I instructed him I surely did . He expressed well NOT SINCE I HAVE BEEN THE MANAGER! I plead with the owners of this company to address the unprofessional manner of this manager. I was actually afraid and felt threatened as he bullied me, A 62 YEAR OLD WOMAN,Court if his shop telling me never to come back.His UNDERSTAFF follow his lead and were just as rude refusing to give me the contact info of corporate so I could file a complaint. I was told by the manager and the younger employee who follows managers lead in treating people badly to get out, I m not giving you the info of corporate. All the while the manager was yelling aggressively GET THE CORPORATE INFO AND THEN GET OUT! YET, THE YOUNGER STAFF BOY REFUSED TO DO IT. IS THIS HOW A 62 YEAR OLD WOMAN WHO HAS SPENT A FEW THOUSAND HARD EARNED DOLLARS at this location should be treated? And why? It all cones down to the point that after a few incidents over a period of the past six months the manager misdirected me with an attitude and then lied about his comment about imbolizer . I went into Main street seeking clarification and immediately the manager became mean, yelling , over talked me lied. When I told him I had proof he was lying because he had lied about several issues he became irate. Everybody knows that anger begets guilt. OWNERS: DO YOU HAVE A RECORDING or TAPE RUNNING IN MAIN STREET LOBBY? IF SO LOOK AT IT BEFORE MANAGER ERASES. Often when going in this shop the manager and young boy are huddled in the office talking of their own personal interests and ignore the fact that customers are standing at counter. And then? When one if them does come to the counter? They act impatient, condescending,, using hand gestures trying to rush you through your explanation of what occurred with your car, yeah yeah but what can I do for you? They don't show they care about the customer at all. I have posted three reviews so far and have not heard back from owners, regional manager? CAN ANYBODY HELP ME AND GIVE ME THE NAME OF THE OWNER OF MAIN STREEMASTER?
THIS MANAGER LIES, OFFERS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HIS YOUNG BOY WHO STAFFS THE DESK US JUST AS BAD. THIS WAS A SHOP I THOUGHT I COULD FINALLY TRUST , MY GO TO:, MAJOR OIL LEAK, CLUTCH, RADIATOR ETC! OH YES I HAVE SPENT MONEY HERE. THE LAST THING I REMEMBER MANAGER SAYING IS.....YOUR CARS A HONDA SO TAKE IT TO A HONDA SHOP. I BELIEVE IF I DID NOT FINALLY LEAVE OUT OF FEAR THE MANAGER WAS SO CLOSE TO PUTTING HIS HANDS ON ME TO THROW ME OUT. A 62:YEAR OLD WOMAN! THIS GUY IS NOT REPRESENTING YOUR SHOP WELL!

Boycott this shop The manager is a bully that will verbally attack you if you at all have an issue. The younger staff boy at desk follows his lead like a lap dog. You don't throw a 62:year old woman out if your shop who has spent a few grand at location. This is unacceptable. IF ANYBODY READS THIS AND HAS HAD A SIMILAR EXPERIENCE? PLEASE SHARE YOUR REVIEW AS WE MUST WORK TOGETHER TO HAVE THIS BULLY MANAGER REMOVED. I BELIEVE HE US A TICKING TIME BOMB WHO COULD ACTUALLY LOOSE PHYSICAL CONTROL AND HURT SOMEBODY. I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL THIS INCIDENT IS WIDELY KNOWN FOR MANAGER IS NOT A STABLE INDIVIDUAL. IF GE TREATS A 62 YEAR OLD WOMAN SO AGGRESSIVELY? THROWING ME OUT OF SHOP? CALLING ME A LIAR ABOUT SPENDING A FEW GRABS THERE? WHAT ELSE IS HE CAPABLE OF? I HAVE SEEM OTHER REVIEWS WHERE THE LACK OF SERVICE AT FRONT DESK WAS MENTIONED. I AM PLEADING FOR ANYBODY ELSE THAT HAS HAD ISSUES WITH THIS MANAGER TO SHARE YOUR REVIEW AND REACH OUT TO ME. [email protected]. THIS MAN IS UNSTABLE.
