This place has been an absolute nightmare.
I'm going on 7 weeks in the shop and the 6th or 7th estimated date of completion, still don't have my vehicle back. I've had to call 2-4 times for just about every single update I've gotten along the way.
If they say they will call to update you, about 90% of the time they won't. Finally got a loaner car about a month in only to get a ticket a day later because the registration expired *4 months prior*. The staff are nice enough, but it all feels like lip service when they keep doing the same thing over and over. It seems like they just don't care if you're going through insurance because they'll get paid regardless. Save yourself a lot of stress, time, and frustration, and go somewhere else.
