I think the company is leaning towards lesser manpower so they started booking on line.however, the reason for visit box only has 25 max characters so you just put 1 readon evwn if you have 3. Also, they dont tell you that after you book the appointment, you have to then sign in using one of 2 tablet thinghy in the waiting area.
I came in for a doctors note and their macihne is down so i cannot pay with debit or credit.i had $50 but they do not have change.its up to me to find a way to break my bill and stuff.i got so frustrated that i tjink it showed coz the recep finally said that she probably have enough to break my bill.
In short, i got my doctors note after a very frustrating Visit.
