On July 27, 2024, I arrived to my appointment approximately 10 minutes early. Upon arrival I noticed Stacey Poindexter, Manager was being rude towards me as I conducted a check for relevant information on my Meineke app as it concerned the cost. She stated to Zach, Manager, I’m just trying to stay positive. My service tech is going to be held up the majority of the day alone on his car.” I asked Zach if Stacey was coming back because she left me and my fiancé waiting at her desk without a word and he said “yes”, that she was taking care of something else for another customer. Stacey came back several minutes later and told me that she would not be able to honor my appointment.
First of all, l've never regretted saying something so much in my life! I'm sorry to have seemingly turned to this location for service on this particular day. I shouldn’t have booked an appointment to remove and replace engine front cover gasket. How I was talked to by Stacey and Zach was unethical as a loyal customer. The least Stacey could have done is contact me in advance about prior to allowing me to come in for an appointment that would not be honored. I apologize from the bottom of my heart for
turning to Meineke-1407 for assistance in my time of need and treating them with respect. I apologize to corporate office earlier this morning after all of this took place and this is my personal apology to you.
