I have a friend that lives in one of their apartments in barrie She just bought a car and there was a big metal piece full of sand in the main entrance of the parking lot And damaged her bumper and they are responsible to keep the area clean it doesn’t matter if it was a kid or adult who did it They are suppose to maintain property and the tenants are suppose to have a safe and peaceful place to live. I have seen her car i know for a fact it wasn’t damaged but to treat your tenants like their lives and property isn’t important so why do renters pay rent
This is completely unsafe It is up to the property management to keep the area clean and safe
