ON Friday night, I received a text saying that if i need to cancel or reschedule i should respond. I fully intended to arrive for my appointment on Saturday so did not respond with a reschedule or cancellation. When i arrived i saw a young man sitting on the pavement in front of the building polishing a spot on a truck. When he did not acknowledge me i walked to the side where the operations occur and an older gentlemen waved me to go inside. As i entered the building the same young man stood and asked me what i Needed. I told him i was here for my appointment. He was very upset and said he had already cancelled my appointment and given it to a walk-in. He stated loudly that i did not confirm the day before. I told him that i did not respond because i did not intend to cancel or reschedule but he kept on saying this was their policy and I should have responded, etc. He yelled and even said he was being "professional" and i asked him twice if he was going to honor my appointment. I told him that i had been there 3 times in the past and never had this problem but he disregarded anything i said. By the way, he did this in front of another customer. I have never faced such poor customer service. I arrived early and was faced with this very rude and unprofessional person. At first, I was literally confused and could not figure out what he was so upset about. In the past, I have brought my car once and my sons SUV twice and they did a good job. I was always greeted by an older gentleman who was extremely professional, but today was the polar opposite. Never will my son or I, my son's friends, or my son's girlfriend and her parents return to this agency to be abused and disrespected. There was such a better way for this young man to handle this.
