I was charged for a 4-hour cleaning but the two ladies left 40 minutes early, which is the equivalent of losing an hour and 20 minutes of cleaning time. I wrote to the company a week ago to request a reasonable refund but have not heard from them. There are areas in the rooms they were asked to clean that were not touched. I hate to leave a negative review but the company has not responded to my request. When I called the supervisor to report that they had left early, she told me they had not left early since they had not reported to her that they had. After she called them and learned that they had left early, she called me back and said they had done their job and it was okay that they left early. I was clear that I was unhappy that they had left early, but she continued to say that they had "done their job." I was charged $142 (this was with a $20 discount because they left early), but that is not enough of a discount when they left 40 minutes early. I should have been given a prorated discount, which would be closer to $53. The woman who came to our house the first three times was fabulous. However, I am unimpressed with the way this cleaning was handled and that the communication between the two ladies and the supervisor was so poor. I also think the supervisor should have been on the side of the customer in this case because they left so early, and this is unacceptable. She said, "They have another appointment to get to by 2." However, they did not arrive at my house until 12:15, so they should have stayed until 2:15. I have the times documented on my Ring camera. When I told the supervisor that they had left early, she first said they did not leave early, but that one of them had to get a check cashed, so that also would take away from the cleaning of our house. I am so surprised at the way this was handled when I compare it to the first three visits. I still would like the refund, and I definitely will cancel the service. I am sorry they have not responded to me after an entire week.
