DON'T CALL!! I would love to give Mendy 0 stars, but seeing as he got me into my house, I have to give him at least 0.5 stars. There was no transparency about the pricing. After he drilled through my lock to get me inside and replaced the lock, he said it was going to be $570!! For reference, I initially called Pop-a-lock, and they said they could do it for $95, but they couldn't get out to my house when I needed them. After charging me $570(!!!), he then went on about how expensive his tools were, but I bet I could have bought the necessary tools if I had my wallet for less than he charged me. Mendy also left a bunch of trash and all the scraps of metal lying around my room and outside for me to pick up. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, and save yourself from using all your emergency fund money.
