I had the lifetime opportunity to meet and be trained with one of the best trainers at Metro KC. This man was patient, kind, respectful, and most importantly highly educated in his training. I needed to get back in shape after being a stay at home mom and having had 3 kids. This trainer knew when to push me, hold me accountable, yet he was a great listener, sympathetic, and patient. I recommend this trainer for anyone and everyone! My favorite trainers name is Rodrigo @ Metro KC Fitness. He will help you achieve your goals.
