Long story short... Stay away, They break parts and expect you to replace on your nickel. I had a flex pipe gasket changed on my ram eco. I explained to them first thing that heat and banging could damage my nozzle for the DEF system. Nope wouldn't listen spent 6 hrs heating and banging the studs. As Im leaving a message comes up telling me to service DEF system see dealer. I called them back right away. Brought it in the next morning and they tell me because they had a hard time getting the studs out I had to pay for the damaged DEF nozzle. I had no choice but to agree to fix the damaged part they did because I need my truck for work. I have called Midas corporate to investigate and they agree I should not pay for a part damaged by the shop. we will see how this goes. Please listen to the reviews stay clear of this place.
