if I could i give Midtown Properties a negative. They are greedy, scheming, liars and criminals, and their entire company is a joke. We moved in early 2024, with six different occurrences of no water for over a week each time. W bryan is the worst person in the office to talk to because she will lie to your face of not fixing anything, you can call their office, but don't because nothing will ever get fixed, they pull out violations out of there ass without any kind of proof, and when you ask for proof you get told oh its okay just don't let it happen again. They don't care that your ac doesnt work that the outlets are out, thst theres no lights in the stairway at dark. They will have random people come in to your place at random times with absolutely no notice and then when you bring it up them they tell you no one goes in we have to sign out a key. dont bother having any kind of emergency they ignore you, block you, and tell you oh just call the office the following buisness day. they are the most shady company to lease under, and will upcharge you for no reason. If you're young they will try to take advantage of you and create new rules that aren't in the lease, when they actively violate their own lease such as inoperable vehicles, having an emergency number for Maintenace and not having it available, the apartments and houses you rent from are all so run down of water damage and they fix it by just painting over it. They try to up your rent or say it is a different rent rhen whta they literally have in a stack of papers of the listings. They come in and steal your items, and then when you report it they just say that maybe you lost it. There is termites in EVERY property they have but they do not disclose that. we have looked at multipleee places to prove this. also, don't bother writing anything up for them, because W Bryan will look at you and say she doesnt sign anything and then give you the exact same paper that is written differently and then signs and tries to keep other documentation that she wont sign. she is so beyond rude , disrespectful, racist, and prejudice for any communication, and im surprised the company isnt shut down for the extensive violations they continuously have
