First of all, I found Milestone Electric employee Jonathan Figueroa to be a very personable, job conscientious and detailed oriented guy. From my layman's perspective, I could see that he took pride in doing his job and doing it well. It was a pleasure dealing with him. Now I would be amiss if I didn't mention that Jonathan (Mr. Figueroa) was not working alone. He was very efficiently training a new man (a rookie). And seeing the two of them together, caused me to reminiscence fondly for a moment or two. It brought back the times when I too had the responsibility (when I was military cop overseas during the Vietnam War era and then back in civilian life as a deputy sheriff), I trained my fair share of men. Frankly, I enjoyed training new guys on the job. Yes, I enjoyed it. Especially if the new guy appreciated my efforts and really wanted to learn the ropes and do well. And I'm sure Jonathan feels the same when he takes someone under his wing and mentor him (or her) and makes a valued employee out of that person.
