I highly recommend Minneapolis Lock and Key. Last night would have been a disaster without Melissa who was at my apartment building, Kingsley Commons, in North Minneapolis helping another resident. I waited for her and asked if I could hire on the spot to open my apartment door. I had hung a Christmas wreath via a door hanger inside my door which prevented me from opening it. Melissa kindly explained I would have to call the office tomorrow, meaning today, to place a work order. She was very nice and it was close to 8 PM. Rather than rushing past me to leave, she offered to spray a lubricant on my key to see if that would work. Fortunately, that wasn't necessary to open my door. She tried the key, and pressed down on the door handle, and voila! She opened the door - yay! I called the store today and spoke to her supervisor. I told "John" the whole story, how awesome Melissa is, and what a wonderful Christmas present she gave me and my service dog. If you want the best in service, ONLY call Minneapolis Lock and Key. They are fantastic. You could ask for Melissa too. Thank you Minneapolis Lock and Key.
