Reported suspected fraud department of insurance regulations Came to my home, looked at the meter, said nothing wrong, watch me $120 said nothing in advance of a service fee, ask for paperwork receipt, said he would mail it when he got back to the office, never did asked for business card, didn't have one, lots of excuses, no lettering on truck stating he is an electrician, advertised business address turns out to be his house, operates strictly out of his cell phone after requesting paperwork several times stopped returning phone calls and texts turns out there's no record of his license number CE 13006319
