I recently embarked on a rope wall yoga adventure at Mosaic Yoga on Sterling Road. What an experience! Left me with improved posture for days. The ropes made inversions accessible and I loved the heady flush coming out of poses. I'm over 50 and I felt like a child climbing the walls to hang upside down. Instructor Rami Schandall guided us on a calming restorative journey and I can't wait to go back! Highly recommend.
