Moshtael drafted a document for me. Due to their negligence, they filed the document late and the court dismissed it as being tardy. The court stated that due to the document being late, they no longer had jurisdiction over the matter. Despite that, Moshtael still charged me for the “tasks” they claimed to do relating to the late document, totaling over $5,000. Why should the client be punished for the firm’s mistake???

On top of the late document, Moshtael overcharged me for multiple tasks, of which I have documented proof of. For several phone calls, they charged me 3-4 times more than the amount of time the conversation actually lasted. They didn’t respond to me for a long time. It wasn’t until I showed them my phone bills that they finally credited me for the overcharged calls.

I initially hired the company because of the positive reviews, but it ended up being the worst mistake of my life. Anyone can write positive reviews, but the negative reviews are actual experiences which I can learn from. Please think long and hard before doing business with this company because they will nickel and dime and strip you out of money in a blink of an eye!!!
