WORSE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I wish I could give them zero stars. Very poor service and ended up making my car WORSE. The first time I took my car there they gave me my car back in worse condition. My car was still not fixed & they forgot to put the rim back on my tire. The second time I took it back to them to express my concerns & my car was again in worse condition. They kept my car for FOUR days for a ONE day job. I missed work and wasted thousands of dollars at this shop. They gave me an oil change that I told them NOT to do and the tech forgot to put the top back on leaving grease everywhere which can potentially damage my car parts & I was almost stranded on the road due to my car running out of oil. When I told the owner he never took accountability or apologized. To top it off the original issue was never fixed & my car now had new issues since taking it to their shop. I ended up having to take it to another car shop. The new shop I went to confirmed that motor city did a poor job & didn’t properly install the parts as well as did not completely degrease my parts after the oil mishap. Either the technicians at motor city don’t know what they’re doing or they purposely screwed over my car to keep me coming back. This has been the worse experience I have EVER had at a car shop. Please do not take your car here. GBG Motor is right up the road from them & fixed all the issues they caused in ONE day & cheaper. They are lucky I don’t report them to the BBB because the condition they left my car in was NOT safe to drive.
