Move Up Wichita Academy has excellent student pilates instructors! Recently , I had my first session with Brittany Trosper. She was compassionate, patient, supportive, informative, directive and showed the utmost professionalism in her role, while motivating me with the kindest smile from ear to ear. After one session, I regained the ability to walk without my walker and my pain, mobility and flexibility in my knees were night and day difference from prior to my session. I am continually amazed by the efficacy and effectiveness of the Pilates recovery approach with the brilliance of Owner/Educator Jessica O’Brien now manifesting and benefiting clients thru her learned curriculum her students provide at their private session level of academic required accomplishment.
