I have recently had hip replacement surgery at the end of May. Before and after the surgery I also had gluteal tendonopathy that was very painful even worse than the hip pain. If it wasn’t for working with Allison and Kesha to get my mobility back as well as healing the glute pain I don’t know if it would have ever gone away. I also was having physiotherapy which the people helping me there just said keep exercising and the pain kept getting worse and worse. When I saw Allison and Kesha last week they modified what I was doing and in 2 days the pain subsided and I am now 5 days pain free in over 18 months. What a relief. I highly recommend anyone who is suffering to give these professionals a call and you won’t be disappointed with any of the staff who are all highly trained. Thank you guys so much ❤️💕❤️
