At 64 years of age I was struggling with chronic pain and mobility issues. I had resigned myself to this as my future. I saw the ad for Movimentos 6 week trial membership. By the end of the 6 weeks I was moving easier and had less pain. Its been 2 years now and I look forward to my training sessions with the knowledgeable and supportive staff and I feel stronger then I have in many years.
The gym is always spotless and the equipment clean and safe.
