I needed to have an oil change as it was over due. I stopped in at the Mr.Lube in Plateau and was told that they were not taking anymore cars. So, I tried calling Mr.Lube on St.Joseph to receive the same response of being filled up for the day. So, decided to try the Mr.Lube on La Gappe Boulevard in Gatineau, QC. I asked if there was anyway to get an oil change a d was told too full. Then, when I explained that I would be driving to the US in a few days, Jeff Rousson, who I believe manages their shop, made an exception and told me to bring my car in. They were totally full for the day but, Jeff took the time to accomodate me even though, they were extremely busy. He even gave me a 10.00 coupon off my oil change as the one I had expired. They were so fast and very efficient. I thank Jeff for his professionalism and wonderful customer service!!!!! You are a great asset to this company!!!!
