I’ve been a regular customer of Mr. Lube for the past 20 years. The service has gone significantly downhill while the price has done the opposite. They try to upsell you on everything. My 20 year old daughter recently went in for an oil change and they let several cars behind her go in first (assuming they were doing a tire change where the profit margin is higher). I will be looking for a new place to take our family vehicles for oil changes going forward.
