Just going for an oil change was no big deal than the drama, they pushed me for a new battery because my old battery became insufficient to start after they removed it and did not tell me to shut the power off. Knowing my battery was getting older and started to sound labouring when starting, I said okay to the new battery. After the battery was installed and my oil change was finished I started my care and the new battery was labouring as much as my old one did. I told the person doing the work to put the old Battery in a box or bag into my trunk now he told me the kicker, I could not have my old battery. I swear if I was not from out of town I would have told them to put my battery back and stick there's where the sun doesn't shine. I had no time for this bullshit and will never go back to bad company policies. Very heartless I complained nothing happened.
