Zero stars for this Mr. Lube location! Shit service. Broke two bolts off from the rock skid plate which I had to drill out and replace myself, and then cracked the cap for my oil filter. Took over 2 hours of my day to fix the bolt issue, and wasted another 1.5 hours of my time getting a new oil cap. Upselling unnecessary additional work the whole time! When confronted by my complaint, the service manager argued with me, and tried to put words in my mouth!!! What ever happened to the customer is always right?!? Will NEVER go to this or any other Mr. Lube again!!!!!
