The night before a family dinner, water ceased to run in my house.   Mr Rooter came soon after I called, did an assessment and found that the water line in the well had sprung a leak (I am not on city water).   In a couple of days they arrived with qualified technicians (Connor, Kenny, Ryan) and necessary equipment including a backhoe. We had an above-ground pump and decided to replace it with a new submersible pump and pressure tank.  The workers knew their business, arrived at the committed time and ensured that we understood the problem and recommended work.   However, there were a series of problems that resulted in almost three weeks without water.   During this time Mr Rooter assigned an excellent technician, Ryan, to resolve the issues in our house ensuring that we had running water and were fully satisfied with their work.  Ryan did excellent work, was personable, worked extended hours and ensured that we understood the issues and recommended course of action.  Mr. Rooter also replaced a water softener that was damaged beyond repair.   Mr Rooter stands behind their work.  We are fully satisfied.
