As a result of the August hail storm my newer model FORD F150 was significantly damaged. This meant having to navigate in unfamiliar waters to get the damage repaired.
After arranging for financial support through my insurance carrier, I researched Collision Repair shops in the Peterborough area and decided to contact Nadeau's Collision Service Ltd. on account of their FORD Certification to repair the aluminum construction of FORD products.
I was encouraged to stop in, bringing with me the information they would need to start the process of repairing the damage to my truck.
I met with Rob Eggleton (Owner). He looked at the damage and explained the repair processes and the steps to coordinate it. I was then introduced to Kaila where I provided all my information. She was understanding of my truck being the only family vehicle and suggested strategies to minimize the amount of time I would be without. I left Nadeaus feeling confident that they would work with my insurance carrier to assess the damage, determine the processes, and arrange appointments to get the repairs done.
Throughout the repair process Nadeaus/Kaila contacted me to arrange convenient times to accomplish the above and before long and with minimal inconvenience I was able to drive my repaired truck home. Dan and the long list of other professinals in the body shop restored my truck back to its original showroom condition. My only reminder of the damage to my truck from that August hail storm are the photos I have.
In closing, Rob and his entire team of friendly, and accommodating professionals exceeded my expectations of what a Collision Service can provide. Thank you Nadeau's for 'really' being there for me. Steve.
