Walked in lady said it would be 25 min wait…ok so I went to pick out polish and was told to sit down and they would give me the nail swatch when I was seated. She was very RUDE about it. I was going to be my first time and they were recommended. I left. No one deserves to be treated that way. The worst part they weren’t that busy. Two people one for pedicure and one manicure. Plus there was one other person ahead of me waiting for a service.

Rude and unprofessional staff. Don't bother making an appointment because you will wait as though you were a walk in anyway.

I LOVE Nail Ink! This is the only place I will get my nails done. They are always so polite and accommodating. They greet me every time I visit by name. I’ve been happy with every service (nails, pedicure, brow waxing) and will continue to be a loyal client!
