Very very poor customer service, poor trained staff and ugly nail outcomes. They charge outrageous prices for the bare minimum disguising their absurd prices in the name of a grand opening sale. How can they charge $70 extra for a French tip design. That’s just insane.

Very disappointed with my experience here. I got the head massage which I was super excited for and now regret coming here. The lady that was doing my service, Hannah, didn’t seem like she really cared about doing the service, and rushed through everything she did. I was hurt by her multiple times. I felt super uncomfortable 99% of the time with everything she was doing to me. When she massaged my chest it was very painful, which now I have red marks all over my chest, the towel was burning hot. She kept sticking her fingers in my ears. My whole back was wet after getting up. The worst part was when she put a towel under my head, grabbed both ends of it and pulled really hard, leaving my neck and head sore. She seen me being super uncomfortable and upset but continued with the poor service. After the service was over I cried in the room. In the room there was no certificate showing the staff was trained in doing the head massage.
I would never ever get any spa treatments at a nail salon ever again. Couldn’t wait to get out of there. Never coming back.
