Total rip-off, folks! Run for the hills! Try asking their so-called customer service or dispatch for the company name or any registration info - they'll be clueless. Why? It's all part of this sketchy chain of fake "locksmiths" that'll charge you hundreds extra just to drill your lock off. They won't even try picking it first! Plus, they're all over the internet with fake websites and made-up locations to trick search engines.
