I recently moved into a brand new subdivision, and it’s looking like the getto already, cars parked on the street, basketball goals lying on the side of the street, it already doesn’t have side walks to even walk on, homes ranging in the $200,000 and it already looks terrible in the neighborhood, and they are still building homes in the neighborhood, I sure hope this not what my HOA Fees Represent. The new subdivision is located @ Sandy Pines in Moundville, Al, I already see how this going to work out, smh, it’s awful
