Well if you enjoy making two appointments and don’t get seen either time then this may be the practice for you. The first time I went it took so long to get an appointment that by the time I got there I had like six things to ask them about. They told me when I got there I could only ask about two. They said I needed a different kind of an appointment in order to ask them about more than two things. Because it was a $45 copay I canceled that and made another appointment on the spot. When I came back the second time they said I didn’t have an appointment. Unfortunately I didn’t bring the appointment card that they wrote out for me the first time I came. Since I have to drive 25 miles to get there I don’t really wanna go there again. I don’t mind driving 25 miles but not for nothing!
Long time satisfied patient and client but will not be making any more appointments with the new RN laser specialist Jamie. After investing in two appointments and $$$ without a positive outcome - actually looks worse, all she was concerned with was the waiver I signed and CYA. She wasn’t at all concerned with remedying the situation - just that she wouldn’t be held responsible.
