New Era Professional Painters

Extremely Dissapointed. New Era Pro Painters here in Kelowna were unprofessional in their work at the unit they were hired to do dry wall and paint work at. promised job done in 3 days, it has now been 2 months with it still incomplete, and has walked off the job refusing to answer their phone after promising to complete it 'within a day' three times in a row. has been sarcastic and difficult to communicate with, does not invoice and requires progress payment. Had to be asked an excessive amount of times to complete basic touch ups, fix mistakes made, and cleanup after themselves, to which they only reluctently agreed to do so. Horrible attention to detail, sloppy paint all around, over spray on front door, baseboards not layed properly, list goes on.

Look at other reviews for them aswell, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Renovation is delayed by over a month and a half and have to call someone else in to fix their mistakes. Oh, and business owner posted the property publically on their personal social media without homeowner approval showcasing the entire unit for 'clout'. There are many good painters in Kelowna and New Era Pro Painters is not one of them.
