On December 16,2024 my 16 year old daughter spent $65.00 of her birthday money to receive a full set of Gel-X. Needless to say her nails popped off the next day. This is in heard of. My daughter was tooken advantage of and went back on December 23, 2024 to address the issue (far from where we live hence the time frame) and was told not only could she not get a refund (“surprising”) but was only offered a full set with a $10.00 difference that would have been a grand total of $120.00 for a $65.00 service. Poor customer service is one thing but taking advantage of a minor is a whole other issue. Y’all have to do better.
