I've always had issues stemming from a tight pelvic floor. Claire was my PT and from the moment we met, I felt at ease. She's really sweet, super knowledgable, very relatable and kind. She explains everything, talks through all the stuff going on and really educates you on your own body. I would 1000% recommend anyone at this practice. What an incredible, helpful place to have in town. I'm really grateful
