My wife and I recently had a home inspection conducted by the North 49 team. From the moment the appointment was scheduled to the submission of the final report, the professionalism of the team members was quite evident. Their attention to detail and thoroughness was greatly appreciated. Even the added detail of highlighting the deficiencies in the photographs with small ‘arrows’ was extremely helpful. The opportunity to talk to both of the inspectors in length over the phone at the end of the inspection was something my wife and I had never had the opportunity to do prior. We would definitely not hesitate in recommending the North49 team to anyone looking to have a home inspection done reliably and professionally. Darrell & Cathy B.
