I have been going to Oakville Car Wash for many years now despite the numerous ownership changes the service for the most part has been pretty good .... Unfortunately I had an issue where my car was dented at the drivers side.... Of course the staff did not take personal responsibility so I waiting to meet with the owner he too told me this was impossible.... So we both reviewed the video and it clearly showed at I entered the bay no dent and no paint removal and then we fast forwarded to the end and there definitely paint removal and a dent.. He continued to deny the beginning of the footage and blamed it on lighting... Character in leadership is always shown in cases like this I will no longer be a customer and I would recommend under this owner not to be on either...
