Called Kim at the last minute when the cat sitter I had booked cancelled due to a medical emergency. Kim was great. I appreciated her text updates. My cat Cara (a skittish tortoiseshell) never came out for Kim despite her putting in a lot of effort. When I got home after two weeks, Cara was happy and relaxed - she knew she was in fantastic caring hands with Kim. Highly recommend Kim and will absolutely seek her out again. Colleen Quinn
