Before deciding to become a member, please read this review.
I'm quite disappointed in this yoga studio since, as a business owner, I know how crucial it is to provide excellent customer service. They automatically deduct money from my bank even when I paused my membership???? I had to drive over to speak with them because I had called numerous times in a month to cancel my membership, but no one answered the phone, I sent a few emails, and I got no response. The front desk employee, Penelope, tried to text the owner, but I didn't hear back from her. She told me she had sent the text, and she would get in touch with me. Days passed, and I received no response. They want to continue automatically deducting money from my bank account instead of canceling my Membership.
