So totally impressed with OK Tire Timberlands. While in Red Deer I noticed my front tire lug nuts were lose. Being a senior lady I tighten to the best of my abilities. I stop at OK to see if they would check it out for me. They were so obliging, promptly pulled my van into a bay, did an inspection, torqued the wheel, and checked air pressure. All this service and did not charge me a cent. WOW now that is customer service something that is so rare in this day and age! Thanks so very much, I had a stress free drive home!
