My experience with them has been horrible. They dropped the ball big time!!! I signed up with them and was given a time line, 2 week till website launch.
Provided everything requested. 3 week mark i reach out, no response. 4 weeks, i get a brush off email response, 5 weeks nothing, 6 weeks Get a call from a different account manager stating that the previous person is no longer with the company.
Everything i sent her was apparently lost because i had to resubmit everything again. Not to mention changes i requested were not even done from the 1st Acct Mgr so literally all that time nothing was done!!
Needless to say website designers were horrible, selected the worst pics and were just down right lazy!!! Horrible job
Either way Ive paid for 2 month already with nothing to show. Google page they claimed they would set up was a blank canvas and guess i had to do all the work even tho they were paid to do it. They offered a measly month free which after more bad work i decided to reject.
Told them to keep the free month and just give me a refund and ill move on. I was told that they don't do refunds. Mind you the pretty much did nothing for a full 2 months yet i don't get any type of refund?? Not even 1 month?

I had a sales guy call me to tell me about the product, I guess I misunderstood what he was telling me. I thought they could use my current website. Two days later I had the “onboarding call” and I mentioned to the lady about what I wanted to do with my current website. She told me that it would have to be a new website and they can’t use my current website. So the call ended, filed for a refund. 5 days later, they call me back and say they can’t issue me a refund.
UPDATE- since I cant respond to their response, im putting it here. You said the funds were allocated to the SEO campaign which is incorrect. Because I did not even do my "onboarding call" it lasted 3 minutes after hearing the woman on the phone saying that they can not re-use my current website. so then I asked "how do i get a refund?". So the website was not even built, let alone even started.
UPDATE- talked to someone on Friday and was told the person was going to call me back that day, if not monday. Monday came and no one called me back. I called monday afernoon and she said he will call me back after his meeting. 5:30 comes around and no one called. they close at 5. Tuesday (today), still nothing, I call them back at 3 PM and no one answers. Finally he called me back. Said he cant issue a refund. Now keep in mind, NOTHING has been done yet, they have not started a website. I told them not to.
