Unfortunately, zero is not an option. These are NOT professional movers. They didn't use drop cloths, wearing sneakers for a winter move. Dropped many items, boxes & furniture pieces. Heirloom items are broken as well as furniture. It took 3 days & 20 hours for them to move a 3 bedroom house.
Employees are clearly afraid of the owner & it's obvious that he abuses them & takes advantage of their refugee status.
He says he'll "make it right" for all the broken & damaged items, but that remains to be seen.
DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS.
