Human errors happen with such an annoyance, but please be mindful of the tow costs associated with this company. While they appear to adhere to Code of Virginia § 46.2-1233, be aware of intentional tows between 7pm–8am to increase the overall cost of service. The goal is to ensure you don't meet the 24-hour deadline. Also, please ensure they abide by the 3% charge for credit/debit card use to avoid being charged yet another excessive fee.
