I am thrilled with my new rental in Welland and I want to thank Rib Vettese and the Orange List team for going above and beyond for all the help they have given me. The property came up at a time when I needed a place quickly. There was still some work going on with the upgrade of the units in the home and the team, with very short notice, got the air conditioner replaced, the unit professionally cleaned, the washer and dryer installed and the landscaping cleaned up in less than 10 days from viewing to move in date to my first night in my new home. Thank you all for service and prompt attention to detail.
