I had a disastrous experience with the Allard Mortgage team. I contacted them 2-3 months in advance for my mortgage renewal. They seemed in no rush, repeatedly asking me to reach out closer to the renewal date. About two weeks before the closing, they finally requested that I submit some supporting documents, which I did. After some back and forth, they simply stopped responding to my emails, and my mortgage lapsed as a result. I find this behavior highly unprofessional; it is the complete opposite of being "highly respected experts", as they claim on their website.
