I had a terrible experience with Oz Moving & Storage. They quoted me a reasonable price initially, but once the job was done, I was charged significantly more. They added on extra fees for things I was never informed about. When I tried to address it with customer service, they were dismissive. I honestly feel like this company is a scam.

Oz Moving’s service left a lot to be desired. Despite paying for their “Economy Package,” the movers took too long to get everything done, and some of my furniture was scratched and damaged. They tried to tell me it wasn’t covered by insurance, which made me feel like I was scammed into buying a service I didn’t receive.
